LIMITATIONS OF THE BOHR MODEL: A DEEPER LOOK

While groundbreaking for its time, the Bohr model possessed several limitations that ultimately became its superseded. One primary issue was its failure to completely predict the emissions of multi-electron atoms. The model also failed to account for phenomena like quantumtunneling.
